Scallop Shiso Maze Soba is back on the menu.

Chilled soba served with our refreshing shiso-based broth, topped with lightly fried scallop, shiitake, and sprouts.

The shiso broth is also back as the dipping broth for our Zaru Soba.

A note from SOBAR

Over time we’ve added quite a few side dishes to our menu.
Many of them take a lot of time and care to prepare.

So we’re putting soba front and center.

We’ll be simplifying some of the side dishes and putting more of our energy into developing new soba.

To start, we’re introducing two new bowls:

Rich Chicken Broth Soba
Walnut Soba Salad

Going forward, we plan to keep creating new soba every few months.

Our goal hasn’t changed —
to serve good Japanese food, made with care.

Things may evolve a little along the way.
